The Client is obligated to ensure that the Client’s employees and other individuals involved working for the Client whose Personal Data is processed by OutSprint have received information regarding OutSprint’s processing of Personal Data in accordance with this section.
As a starting point, OutSprint only retains the Personal Data that OutSprint processes during the contractual relationship. OutSprint will, however, store the information for such additional periods as is necessary in order for OutSprint to satisfy legal or contractual obligations, or in order for OutSprint to establish, defend or exercise legal claims. When the Personal Data is no longer necessary for these purposes, the Personal Data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
OutSprint uses third-party service providers to Process Personal Data relating to the Client’s employees and other individuals working for the Client. Such third-party service providers may only Process Personal Data in accordance with OutSprint’s documented instructions, may not Process the Personal Data for their own purposes and are obligated to protect the Personal Data to the same extent as OutSprint. A Data Subject may request a list of third-party service providers that OutSprint has engaged to process Personal Data on behalf of OutSprint.
A Data Subject has the right to request that incorrect or incomplete personal data about him or her is corrected. Moreover, a Data Subject has the right to request confirmation as to whether OutSprint processes Personal Data concerning the Data Subject and, if this is the case, access to his or her Personal Data.
